Behavior
Be kind and courteous to one another. It is understood that some characters, in the spirit of Role Play, are designed to be mean-spirited, snobby, etc. That's fine. There's obviously a point where it can go overboard. Since I can't really define that in black and white, I'll leave it to your descretion. That being said... Violent or abusive behavior toward guild members will not be tolerated. Any persons reported for such behavior will be subject to dismissal from the guild. Complaints received regarding minor behavioral issues, if confirmed, will result in a warning.

Offensive Language
Profanity, in moderation, is allowed. If you are the type that is offended by the use of such language, feel free to make use of the profanity filter that is integrated into the game. Excessive or overly offensive language will result in a warning.

Role Play
Phoenix Throne is an RP server. The issue with RP servers is that not everyone that joins one actually role plays. They join only as a means to control the naming conventions of other players. I realize that more than half of the Phoenix Throne community do not role play. However... Please strive to remain in character at all times. In /party /say /shout /warband, any chance you get, you should role play. Currently, guild chat is neutral. You may be IC or OOC, though trying to remain IC as much as possible is preferred. When speaking OOC in guild chat use (( before each line of chat, to prevent confusion. Failing to adhere to the role playing requirements will result in a /tell from me or an officer reminding you of our RP rules. Further violations will be dealt with swiftly. Vordred will flay the flesh from your skull and claim it as his own. (You will never be removed from the guild for being OOC, no matter the circumstance.)

Group Etiquette
The rules for guild behavior apply here. When in a party or warband, please treat everyone as if they were guild members. If a non-member registers a complaint against a guild member, no action will be taken unless several complaints are received.

Character Names
All names in our guild must comply with the standards mentioned in Warhammer's ToS for role play. Players with names like "Pewpewer" or "Legolas" will not be allowed. Players with names that In the event of an accidental invite, the player in question will be notified by /tell before removal. If that player has an alternate character with a name that conforms to the RP naming convention, that character may join.

Reporting Issues
Violations of the guild rules can be reported to me via PMs on this board. Please do not display the complaint publicly. Include a full account of what transpired. If the matter is urgent, you may report it to me in-game if I am online.

Disciplinary Actions
Members in violation of the guild's rules, will receive a warning. Any member who receives three warnings within a period of thirty days, will be subject to removal. Receiving more than 6 warnings in a three month period, may also result in removal. This does not apply to violations that are cause for automatic ejection from the guild (see above).
